Helping you feel more like yourself.
A personalised, whole-body approach using Systematic Kinesiology to support balance,
health and wellbeing.
The science
Most medicine treats symptoms. Kinesiology finds the cause.
Applied Kinesiology was pioneered in the US in 1964 by chiropractor Dr George Goodheart and introduced to the UK by Brian Butler as Systematic Kinesiology, when he set up The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in 1985.
Using muscle response testing, a precise, non-invasive technique, a kinesiologist reads signals from your nervous system to identify where stress, imbalance, or blocked energy is held in the body.
It's grounded in the same anatomical and physiological principles as conventional medicine, but extends its view to include the emotional and energetic dimensions that blood tests and scans rarely capture.
Physical
Muscles, posture, structural alignment and movement
Chemical
Nutrition, digestion, hormonal function and biochemistry
Emotional
Stress responses and the nervous system's held patterns
Energetic
Meridian pathways and the body's regulatory intelligence

Headaches, migraines, Back pain, neck tension, joint discomfort, or tightness that keeps returning despite physiotherapy or rest.
-
Feeling wired but tired. Overwhelm that won't shift. Anxiety without a clear cause. Depression, worry, fears, and phobias.
-
Frequent illness or infections, slow recovery, or persistent low-grade exhaustion that sleep doesn't resolve. Skin problems.
-
Old injuries still making themselves known, despite months or years having passed. Or they tend to flare up for unknown reasons.
-
Acid stomach, flatuence, Bloating, IBS-type symptoms, Constipation, intolerances, or gut issues that flare without an obvious trigger.
-
Irregular cycles, PMS, perimenopause symptoms, or fertility concerns. Vitamin and mineral deficiency. The endocrine system responds particularly well to kinesiology.

Meet Will
I've always loved being active and have a keen interest in fitness, health, and wellbeing. I am fascinated by how the body works and what influences the way we feel.
My journey into Systematic Kinesiology happened by chance. After a session that made a real difference to my own wellbeing, I found myself wanting to understand more. The more I learned, the more I realised how powerful it is in helping people understand their bodies and support their overall health.
That one experience completely changed my direction. I realised I wanted a career where I could genuinely make a difference in people's lives. What started as a personal journey became a passion, and I decided to train as a qualified Systematic Kinesiologist so I could support my loved ones and help others experience the same positive impact it had on me.
As a husband and father of two, I understand how easy it is to put everyone else's needs before your own. Life gets busy, stress builds, and we often ignore the small signs our bodies are sending us.
That's why I created Aligned: a calm, welcoming space where people feel listened to, understood, and supported. Every session is tailored to you, helping you gain a better understanding of your body and what it may need to function at its best.
Whether you're looking for support with your wellbeing or simply want to understand your body better, I'd love to help you on your journey.
I believe the body often gives us the answers we just need to know how to listen.
